blocked account due to fica

i lodged a complain regarding the blocked account of society unfortunately the matter has not been resolved. after we sent all required document regarding the fica at arcardia branch. worse thing few days after everything has been finalised at arcardia branch, two of our members went to the central city to withdraw the money as it was needed by the members of society. unfortunately they told them that the account still blocked they must submit all required documents, they tried to explain the process that we did to upgrade our information, they just gave them money and told them that they must submit the required document otherwise the account will be blocked. I do not know what is going on with central city branch. we spent a lot of money to go to the bank. i need the head office to intervene, they must contact arcardia branch and check what is not processed after submitted the required documents. This matter will be referred to the speak out for resolution.
