Blocked Account and no communication

I really hate running to Hello Peter to make these reviews but it seems to be the only way to get the necessary people to contact me back. My account has been blocked since the 23rd of January and I have not heard anything from the investigator. I cleared a whole day because I was told the investigator was going to contact me on that specific day and I did not receive the call. It’s so frustrating having to go over the same things over again. Getting told by consultants that they can’t help me and that only the investigator assigned to my case can help but then getting no call. Please assist because at this point I do not know what to do.
