Blocked Account

I am part of a Body corporation in Manaba Beach. However after after a complaints by some of the trustees based on lies the bank decided to block the account. This happened two months ago. My complain is that the bank up to today hasn't made any effort to investigate the truth of the complaints by the trustees. It now looks like any ****, Tom and Harry can walk in to the bank and lay a complain and the bank will just block the account without a proper investigation. The result is that no utility account can be paid at present
