Blocked Account

Good evening Hellopeter i was making a transaction on my App they were unsuccessful. I went to one of the branches in Burgersfort today and they told me my fingers are not working i must go to home affairs to clear them. I asked why the cashier said I'm involved in ***** as I've received a payment from FNB account. I am even told that i will be arrested. The money I'm receiving is from BigDeal online store where i buy products pay them through Payfast using my Capitec account. I buy from BigDeal store and and resell after few days. I have emails from Payfast and Bigdeal including invoices to prove that I'm not involved in *****. I am aware of the activities in my account. Can they kindly open my account, my children's is being paid into this account.

Your help is my last resort.
