I am so disappointed with standardbank. They blocked my account on suspicion of ***** and there has been no communication for almost a month and now I cant work as the money is stuck in the bank. Then a lady called me from standard bank asking me to supply affidavit and i did but they are still quite after promising me that i will be contacted with 2days. It is very poor when it comes to helping its customers

30 Jul 2023, 08:43Standard bank is very useless and It shouldnt even be given 1 star. After I complained here on hello peter they decided to reverse all my money to the banks that my funds came from which they ddnt bother to include me in their decision and on top of that I lost all my money coz they gave back to the people who received my usdt on a trading platform which they bought bad the payment i received was trading. They went ahead to release the funds i got for business from crowfunding. Now the account remains to say account pending investigation bt the money is gone. Shouldnt the money go if the investigation was complete and i was found with fault.? It dsnt care about its clients and customers stand to lose more with standard bank. I have been with the bank many years coz i loved it and then i ddnt hv money but now that I dd they jst made me to lose it all.
