Blocked account

My account was stopped 2 weeks ago. I've been calling to get it unblocked but to no avail. If the credit of R7500 was ********** surely it would've been recalled by now. I've sent POP to transactional ***** and e mailed the complaints resolution centre still nothing. Can someone please help.
