Blind guardians

On 20 June 2016 I was a victim of a sim card swop resulting in, among other things, my Marketlink account at Standard Bank being accessed, monies moved to other accounts and R3900 being ******. I had no warning of such events as my phone was not working for me due to the sim swop. I did not receive OTPs sent. I also did not give out to anyone any personal information. Standard Bank refuses to accept any responsibility though they cannot explain exactly how this happens. Standard Bank refuses to pay back my money. I am 77 years old and a widow. My husband and I have been clients for more than 50 yars. R3900 means nothing to the bank but quite a lot to me.
