black listed so unfairly

Opel Corsa 1.7D 1*** February I bought Opel Corsa Utility 1.7d pickup from a dealer, and Standard Bank financed it. 2010 October I was retrenched, and could not afford to pay much more.2011 March when the bank came to pick up the bakkie, I was not contacted at all for any arrangements. As the partice is the bank should let one know if the bakkie is sold and if there is any outstanding debt which I should still have to settle BUT NOT A WORD FROM STANDARD BANK In January 2017, the case was heard in the Supreme Court, of which I was also not informed. Later in 2017 when the Attorneys contacted me, and we came to an agreement, and from 2017 to the present, I still pay the money we agreed to. Now I wanted to apply to buy a house, now there is a judgment against my name from Standard Bank. I paid for the bakkie's installments for about 3 years, then they came and take the bakkie, and from 2017 until today I still pay. Now I have to pay R69 500, if I want to settle, then Standard Bank will lift the Judgment against my name. Why is it the banks do not care for our race anymore. .. call standard bank to ask to help clear my name and all they say is pay up outstanding amount.
