I'm trying to simply change the address on by Trust account statement and it took 10 days for bizdirect to respond to my e-mail. When i complaint i was told that it's the duty of my personal banker to attend to this. I was instructed by the call center to sent an e-mail to bizdirect in the first place. Disgusting service despite the extremely high banking charges each month on 3x accounts at Standard Bank. What is the "standard" in this day and age of technology????
