Bizarre attitude regarding homeloan

After having injected a massive sum of money into my homeloan account to try and reduce my monthly payment/debit order, I asked Lerato, one of their staff to calculate the new debit amount which came to about 6K instead of the previous 10K monthly debit order amount, she then told me that there is no way they can let the new amount be implemented as of yet because the debit order for 10K still needs to go through this month???<br> WHAT??? How messed up is that?
