dear stardand bank i never thought that things could turn out this way<br> i took a home loan with stardand bank with a fix interest rate of 3 years <br> last year a heard a problem were i found that my month premuim has been increased and i quire about it <br> one of the bank Manager i don't want to mentions his Surname but i stil have the E-mail that his send me <br> told me that the was an error and i was not suppose to get that sms after calling their agents seeking for undestanding he finally respond and i get back all that money was over charge on my premuim<br> same thing happen last month and not i'm not sure what i must do <br> or maybe i don' undestand the meaning of fixed interest rate <br> please assist
