BILLED FOR CAR INSURANCE WITHOUT CONSENT AND NO POLICY DOCUMENTS SENT

I have a vehicle finance with Standard bank and I was signed up for car insurance without my consent . I have requested for this insurance policy documents for months now and still no feedback. I pay for this insurance monthly and they are very quick to remind me when I don't make payments. I want proof where I signed for this insurance , call recording and policy documents to see what I have been paying for. Further to this I will take the matter to the ombudsman.
