Nonsesical billing
I have an account with unauthorised debits
I decided to remove my salary from my bank from August and used another account.
I have been recieving sms's saying my account is overdrawn
Now i decided to enquire Standard bank says i owe them R5000 which i need to pay.
My question is if a debit order runs of a R1000 and is unauccesful so how is possible that my account is R-1000 +R140 penality fee + interest
I fully dont understand how can i be charged this amount when i dont even have an over draft. I have advises the Lady Nokuthula from the collections department to block or suspend acccount because these unauthorised debits will keep running and i will be paying until 10 000 rand.
Please get this rectified this is not right cause you are robbing me of my money now
