Biggest Loser lost R3000.00

<p>Drawing money at a Standard Bank ATM was never as painfull as on the 20 th of March 2017. Imagine buying stock for your shop in a busy mall running our of cash and quickly jogging to the atm to get some cash only to stand empty handed and suprised! Well this sort of things happen but i think it happens delibrately . I think Standard Bank has got a account where all this money gets deposited and while we have to wait patiently for them to draw reports they earn interest on this money (our money)</p> <p>So here i stand at the atm empty handed felt like ive been ******. The lady before me also did not get her money. The man behind me also tried only to walk away empty handed saying politely oh no Standard Bank will be it back . I thought ah ha nee Oom let me ma rather call. i was on the line with this lady for more than a hour and 45 minutes. She kept wanting the know the atm number. Now i can read and i told her over and over there is no atm number. Eventually me being drained emotionally scared and feeling terrible i was told they will refund me by the 28th . Ok so i can wait 8 days. 8 Days later still no money . It is now the 10th of April and all the complaints department tells me they are waiting for atm reports. While Standard bank is earning interest on my R3000.00 i have in the meantime made calls worth R3000.00 Guess who's the biggest loser in this case :( ME......</p>
