Biggest Flop in Africa

in Africa!!!!!!!! I have had the worst experience ever with what is supposed to be "the biggest bank in Africa". After a bolt "hijacking" after requesting a ride legitimately i got kidnapped and ****** of R21000. its been almost 20 WEEKS and i have not heard anything concrete on how "Africa's biggest bank" is going to assist me, a online and card***** case has been opened yet i find myself without any sort of assistance or reimbur*****t . Who takes out R21000 in 6 Transactions in a space of 3,4 hours, starting from before 0:00 and then increase in daily limit after 00:00 followed by a magnitude of withdrawals all amounting to R21000! The self proclaimed "Biggest Bank in Africa" didnt pick up the erratic and unusual expenditure and the fat that all these withdrawals were done consecutively. HOW SAFE IS UR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE! and how will they assist you should such happen to you, or are you just a number to them??? Maybe African bank will treat me better and not just like a number! worst experience ever and I will definetly be leaving the Bank and joining the smaller banks where maybe ill be serviced better. PS: You service a client, Not do business with them, because they can/will punish you by taking/spending thier hard earned money elsewhere! YOU GUYS ARE THE PITS!
