Big Joke

So in December my bond went into arrear status due to change in paydates , its was bed=hind just for days and I coought up as soo as I realise of what happened . Looks like in this period it had accumilated interest on arrear balance .

The bank called and made arrangement for arrear amount no one never mentioned the interest on the part on the arrears 2 months later I am sent an email telling me about it . Why 2 months later , do these people not know how to read their own systems . This is very bad for business for such and old oraganisation.

When you want feedback you wait for ever with no response which show me they are still searching for answers what a joke
