Beyond PATHETIC service!!

SHOCKING service and treatment of customers!! Have been applying for debt relief since the end of March only to be redirected to multiple consultants with no answers or assistance!! I get handed over to a debt collection agency because I missed a payment that I could not make due to loss of income. All details and supporting documents sent via email that I was redirected to, multiple times. I've also app**** online 4 times. Received an email of approval only to find out its an "automated response". No one calls back! No reference numbers given, no one cares!! The situation is ridiculous and I would not recommend doing business with Standard Bank!!
