Beyond frustrated!!

Standard bank has the worst service when it comes to late estates. I initiated contact in October regarding an account that we are getting regarding my Late fathers' bond account. Every time it is a different story, more documents to submit, documents to be submitted not clearly certified. All at 5 to 10 day intervals. I cannot believe it has been almost 3 months, just to find out what we is the account being billed for! I am beyond frustrated!
