Beware!! Standard Bank wont update your details with the Credit bureaus
Please be advised that Standard Bank Credit card not update your details with the credit Bureaus.
I have paid up my credit card in April 2016. received a paid up letter on 7 April 2016 BUT on 22 November 2017 I had to advise them to update my details with Transunion, this was finally done in December 2017.
On 13 May I drew a credit report with XDS, to my utter disappointment again the standard bank credit card, which now have been paid up for more than 2 years, STILL shows as unpaid AND IN ARREARS!!!! PLEASE NOTE THIS ACCOUNT WAS ACTUALLY CLOSED IN 2016!
I have been in contact with Standard bank since but my emails to Puleng Zulu and Lebohang Rammile has simply been IGNORED. No one BOTHERS TO GIVE ME AN update!!!!!!!
