Beware Standard Bank Easy Sell Program

Phoned Standard Bank Easy Sell on ********** 724 - after a lot of up and down ended up with manager Colleen Coetzee who promised to phone me back the following morning (today). Did not call back. Today when you try to reach them on ********** 24 it ring twice then cut you off. Tried direct numbers ********** 988/ ********** 341/ ********** 345, it just ring, no-one picks up. Phoned complaints resolution (as they requested in their response to my previous complaint) on ********** 101, but according to them they can do nothing as Easy Sell is separate from them and handle their own complaints..... but off course they are unreachable to complain to!? They are simply untouchable and unobtainable. Beware of doing business with them.
