beware standard bank customers shopping at H&M

Standard Bank is processing refunds from H&M store in Sandton as purchases and they debit your account instead of crediting you, then they blame the store. When I called the Prestige Banking Line I was assured that the problem was with the store because the store had charged me twice, meanwhile it was the bank's error. The consultants were too lazy to do their jobs properly and do a proper check and I almost demanded that the store refund me for the bank's error. After waiting for over an hour on the phone with Standard Bank while they tried to solve the problem, I was charged again instead of the money being credited into my account.
