BEWARE SERIOUS BANK ACCOUNTING FLAW

I download my monthly statements and the numbers/amounts do not compute. This is serious as I have no way of checking the accuracy of the information. I like to copy and paste certain items to put on my worksheet to send to the auditors for Tax purposes. This is now very difficult and frustrating. Cutting from Standard Bank email, 26 April 2018:- "The functionality is not yet available on the new internet banking platform, therefore the data is not loading correctly when you attempt to export the statement." So the Bank admits the "new internet banking platform" does not load "correctly". WOW!!! and it's a BANK !!!!

Thank you for quick reply. I wonder why this appalling situation has been allowed to continue for so long. I spent hours/days with Microsoft technicians(12) trying to fathom out why none of my downloads worked using Excel. I expect a real apology on behalf of all the customers who may have been abused by Standard Bank in this way.
