beware people of ****!!!!!!

After being an account holder for over 8 years receiving monthly bank statements was not an issue. But a few months ago my statements stopped coming in the mail i went to the teller to find out the problem she shows me a form on her computer that was not filled out by me and she asks me if their details of my address was correct I told her no i then asked her who had filled out that form and used it as there records because i didn't fill that form and I didn't recognise the writing she said she didn't know! till now no one from the bank has answered my questions .I've been there 3 times now and still no answers, I want to know how safe is this bank if they can change my address with out my permission then what else can they change. They need to rectify this as this is not right...I may be contemplating changing to a different more safer bank as this is a breach of their contract promising us that this is a safe bank but clearly not...also when can I start getting my statements back!!!!
