Beware. Online Share Trading is a shambles

<p>Online Share Trading says I activated Easy Trader when I set up my account when I know for a fact that I didn't. I have no need for live prices and the first time I'd heard of it was when I enquired (6 months too late) about why my OST fees were so high.</p> <p> </p> <p>At no point did I get any correspondence saying that I had subscribed to Easy Trader at R125 a month. I was also not informed of the price increase (from R120 per month in January). Your communication is inadequate and yoru call centre staff seem to blame me instead of your poor poor systems.</p> <p> </p> <p>They refuse to refund me the money which has resulted in a complete loss of trust in your Online Share Trading platform.</p>
