BEWARE OF WHO REFUSES TO SEND BANK STATEMENTS!!!!

For 5 years in a row I am struggling between 2 and 6 months to get bank statements from Standard bank. It is a savings account trust account which I need to open for EAAB. They ignore me. I went to bank where the application was done by banker but the wrong statements were send. Since then I only got promises and no statements. Now they read my mail but do not reply. I will loose my FFC due to STANDARDBANK and they will be held responsible for my loss of income due to their negligence. Standardbank witheld my bank statements causing me lots of losses and fines. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! DO NOT BANK WITH STANDARD BANK. PLEASE BEWARE. I HAVE ALL EVIDENCE SINCE 2014. Why do they not want to issue my bankstatements???????????
