Beware of Standard Bank Home Loan. Standard bank inside mafia auction my property and bought it

Standard bank inside mafia. Collusion between standard employee and standard lawyers results in the auction of my home of which the buyer is the same employee from standard bank. He made attempt to gain access to property in 2016 without following due process. STANDARD BANK HOME LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER: ********** 98

Home Loan was granted to me October 2009 of R500,000.00 (five hundred thousand Rand). Since then I have been paying for my property till present. In 2015 I was informed be the bank that my account has been handed to Legal departments. I contacted the layer and summon was given to indicating that there was an arrears in my account which if I do not settle, my home was going to go on auction.

I contact my layer and have them write to standard bank lawyers making arrangement for settlement. This was done, and auction was averted. Sometimes in April 2017 again, the lawyers of standard called me claiming my account was in arrears of about R17000.00. I disputed this claim with them and requested for my statement because I did settle the arrears in 2016 and since then I have been paying.

The lawyers responded that, they are acting on the instruction of the bank and if I want statements, I should contact the bank. When was inform in early September 2017 by a certain company, that my home was going on auction, I rejected the claim because I have not received any summon or notification either from the bank, its lawyers, the court or sheriff to that effect. I though property company want to fool me to let them put my home on sale.

To investigate I called standard bank and was transferred to the legal department, the service person who answered check my account and ask me to go back to the lawyers. I requested to speak to the manager/supervisor of the legal department. When he came to the phone, he checked my account and confirmed that an arrears of R17000 was reflecting on my account. Again, I still queried that amount because I don’t remember any debit order return. I therefore requested that he investigate this matter for me, I explain to him that I have not been able to get help or the most recent detailed statement of my account. He apologizes and promised to verify and get back to me. I am sure this can be verified because I was informed that calls are recorded. I was still waiting for the bank to confirm that yes indeed, I am in arrears and hear is how it came about then I will then proceed to make arrangement to settle. The next thing a gentleman is calling me that he bought my property on auction. This is the same employee of the bank who has ask me to wait for his investigation. It is the same employee who has come to visit the property one year before when there wasn’t any problem. I call the lawyers and the confirm that it is true. I have said to lawyer I hope the bank will not be expecting more money from me and the lawyer responded by saying it is fine everything is taken care off. I lodge a complaint with Standard Complaints Resolution Centre and when the same employee call again, I inform him of the lodge complained. The next day I receive a message from the bank saying the decision of the bank stays, and transfer has already been effected. All this within a week. Main facts/point  I have been paying for my Home loan nine(9) years.  My home loan shows no movement at all instead it grows from R 500,000.00 to +-R 550,000.00  I tried severally to get an understanding or a detail statement from the bank to no avail. Each time I will be refer to the lawyers and the lawyers will refer me back to the bank.  Since arrears was settled in 2016, I have not been given any proof that there is still any arears.  My debit order goes through every month without fail to the best of my knowledge.  I have not refuse to pay or have ever made any arrangement to pay and failed.  This is the only home for me and family of five. I have nowhere else to go. I lost my job in December 2016 and have been surviving by freelancing and still I have managed to pay my bond monthly without failed.  I do not know how much I genuinely owed the bank, how much was my property sole whether more or less but on the 5th of October my bond debit still went through.  I inform in January 2017 by independent auditors using old statement obtained from the bank that there was a lot of discrepancies in my account which to about R40000. I inform the lawyers of the bank about it.  If I can pay for my debit order every month, then R17000 will not have been any problem paying or making arrangement to pay.  I need my home back. I have not where else to go. If there is still money to be paid, how will I pay the bank and still pay rent else where since the bank claim that I had arrears of R17000 which I could not pay. That is a big irony.
