Beware of misrepresentation of telephonically policies.

I took a policy with standard bank via telephone of temporary disability and have been paying almost for two year.when I claim they tell me they won't pay because my employer was paying me of which they never included that part in they policy when I took it. They misrepresented when they sold policy saying elwhen I'm temporary or permanently disable they will pay now when n I'm in a situation they refuse to come to the party I need help to take this matter forward. I requested they division in writing they delaying I requested recording they saying it will take a while b4 I get them. Why would I take policy if it's not going to pay when I need it and the worst is they never mentioned if only now when I claim on policy document there is nothing about it. Beware
