BEWARE!!!

Standard Bank's property finance division simply is not capable of performing a simple task such as giving permission to rezone. I am already six months busy to try and obtain permission to rezone my property. Standard bank simply (even in writing on their own letterhead!) reply that giving permission to rezone does not fall within their scope. They keep on giving me other telephone numbers of other Standard Bank employees to phone. This has been going on for six months now! If you ever want to purchase, rezone and develop a property DO NOT finance the deal through Standard Bank. They are not capable of giving any co-operation. The one division does not know what the other divisions are doing and at the end NOBODY does anything!!
