BETWEEN STD BANK, BUMPER TO BUMPER, GOOGLE MAPS, TYME BANK; I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED!!

I opened a case of ***** with Standard Bank ***** division; on 4th March against a person impersonating the business: "Bumper to bumper" Malvern, Jhb. I found this business on google maps, btw. This imposter asked for upfront payment for the car part I require (R650), Whatsapp me the invoice with their details & a Tymebank account. Paid via EFT. Went to Bumper to bumper to collect my ordered part, only then i found out about the *****!! Can't reach Std bank ***** division on the phone, they just put you on hold forever. Tried to call 3 times, but hung up after 15minutes of wasted airtime. To Standard Bank, I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED/TRANSACTION REVERSED!! I HAVE WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME OPENING A CASE WITH THE SAPS,TRYING TO CONTACT TYME BANK AND GOING TO YOUR BANK BRANCH IN GREENSTONE TO PULL STATEMENTS, YET NOTHING IS HAPPENING WITH MY CASE!!!??? Lase email from Std Bank was almost a month back, Signed by Thully, then Cherelle. In the meanwhile, SAPS send me an sms telling me they've closed my case (24 March)!! STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND FROM STANDARD BANK!! SO, BETWEEN STD BANK, BUMPER TO BUMPER, GOOGLE MAPS, TYME BANK; I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED!! Next step, I'm going to the banking ombud!!
