best service redered by lydia

i called my insurance on friday evening to report that my geyser was leaking,i then advised it was not an emergency they could still come out on saturday morning to assist,the following morning i did not recieve any call from the service providers i was a little woried i then received a call from a lady by the name of lydia she was so nice she went the extra mile she kept calling me to see if the plumbers have made any contact with me until they came out and i was eventually assisted.i am really pleased with her service and i do hope she will get recognised for this at her department....
