Best service from Patiance and Rounel at Standard Bank East London branch

Let me take this opportunity to thank two specific ladies from the East London branch (77 Oxford St, East London Cbd, East London) who helped me like I was the only client, ironically I am not a client at Standard Bank but their service was beyond reproach as far as banking is concerned. Their Names are Rounel Gaehler and Patience Ngqakayi.

I needed assistance with my VAF documents, I was in a new city being my first time there I was not sure if they would respond positively but their attitude was the best. I will forever be grateful for their efforts and going out of their way to make sure I was helped. Well done Ladies.
