Best Service from a relationship banker - Percy Shabangu

I need to give Kudo's to Percy Shabangu, Account Executive at Standard Bank Retail and Business Banking/ Relationship Banking. We have been with Standard Bank since 1984 and we have been through our ups and downs with the Bank. In the last 20 years maybe more downs than ups but since Percy became our Relationship Banker the service have moved to the highest level. Percy is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on time every time and super efficient in all the request we made and it was only a pleasure working with him. Hopefully Standard Bank will look after Percy as well as he looks after Standard Bank, Sadly he will be moving to another region but we whish him all the success in his new position. Hopefully he can teach his replacement some of his excellent skills.
