Best Service EVER by an individual

My mother had a query on her Standard Bank Master Card account. We logged a query on the 30th of December last year to try and get the issue resolved. However, three weeks later nothing happened. We were then assisted by Sibongile, who made all the relevant calls and went out of her way to help us. When we returned time and time again she has always been friendly and very helpful. She never once tried to pass the problem on to someone else, she took ownership and went all the way.<br> Sibongile is a rare kind of staff member, you should give her an increase, she deserves one!!!!<br> Thank you so much for helping us every time.
