Best service Ever!

Good day,<br> <br> I would like to share my good experience with the two people assisted me this morning. I called in to inquiry about the missing amount in my account and spoke with Lwando at general baking were not understanding each other but- I app**** my knowledge as I am in finance (basic accounting) eventually- he saw the error and transferred me to card authorization the lady by the name of Khanyisile assisted me and reversed the money which was baked but sitting for authorization. Now, I can get my six pack! Thanks so much, I see we all- Moving forward STD!!! Much appreciated. There's nothing better than listing to client and do your best to assist and apologizing for the mistake- He took it as if, he's the one made mistake- I loved that.... Sure Lwando!!! <br>
