Exceptional service from MATSHIDISO MOLEPO. I called and was put through her for a credit card application. She was so friendly and made the process super easy-she was friendly, very patient and kind. I am actually changing to Standard Bank because of excellent service . She went as far as tracking my credit card for me and keeping me updated daily. She called the courier, she went beyond her measures to ensure I have it on time. She is insanely customer centric, by far the BEST service I have received from any banks. Definitely an asset to keep Standard Bank!
