Best service ever!!!

Literally panicking all week to decrease my monthly and daily limit and getting to the close standard bank everyday and it's closed. Tried reaching thru Twitter no reply and decided to call and I got this girl named ntsiki to assist me and our call dropped during verification and she immediately called me back and Literally changed my limits over the phone and received smses in less than a 2 minutes. Great service, totally have trust issues with banking apps and I thought they gonna request me to do it via that and and and but was a easy phone call. Thanks 🙂 happy Christmas and new year to standard bank and the rest can sit down lol.
