I had an exceptional experience with Nophiwe Zangwa. Her patience and eagerness to help was out of this world. I had several queries and she made sure I left with all of them solved even went as far as calling another department for the other query. I had called in the morning and ran out of airtime and was never called back but Nophiwe called me back when I ran out of airtime. Best service ever
