The purpose of this letter is to formally thank Bettie Vermeulen, Standard Bank Herm****, for the excellent service she provided every time we visited the Herm**** Branch. Her level of super friendly, efficient service was far beyond your average service.<br> <br> Each time I was so impressed by the support and service provided by Bettie that I felt compelled to give her this praise. (Or otherwise, recruit her for our company)!!! She truly deserves it!!!! In an era where 'customer service' has virtually disappeared, the work that Bettie is doing should be held up as an example for all Standard Bank employees to try to mirror.<br> <br> I believe that Bettie Vermeulen truly deserve to be congratulated AND rewarded for providing exceptional customer service and support.
