Best customer service until you're there client!

Standard bank were so quick to offer insurance and have me signed up, but now every time I have to contact them it takes weeks and weeks!!! Emailed them a few weeks ago to cancel my insurance and as usual. they won't reply to I have to take drastic measures! And I'm almost sure that they'll will still charge me for the month! <br> <br> I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be trying to get an insurance claim from them! <br> <br> Never again!!
