Best customer service -Mkhululi Mndayi

So this week I have been busy trying to open a business account with various entities , to a struggle.It was today that i was assisted by a guy name Mkhululi Mndayi from the Sandton branch. The guy was professional, efficient, patient and welcoming. He made the process so easy, he was able to assist in places where I needed assisted and let us not talk about the quick response in e-mails. He made one remember what true good customer service was, he reminded me of how one wants to be dealt with when they have an issue with any entity. He represented the brand well and Standard bank needs to know that there are still people in their entity that appreciate their jobs and do it to their maximum and excel at that. The service he gave was immaculate. Great job Mkhululi keep at it, there are still us people who appreciate good customer service and entities that make customers feel like they matter. Well done.
