Best Customer Service I've had in ages

<p>Today at about about 08h30 i walked into Standard Bank Loch logan Waterfront to get a confirmation letter of my new bank account number as I moved from Savings to Cheque, as I walked in a Gentleman approached me and asked how he could assist me, not realising that he was the Manager of the Branch, I told the guy that I had multiple problems ,he called me into an office and he was really eager to assist, I told the guy thta I got ****** last month and they took my cards including my ID card, so there was no way he could verify me, the guy was very patient and he helped very efficiently, he even provided me with a Temporary Bank Card so that I can be able to my transactions. we need people like Andries Hugo in the world to promote good customer Services</p>
