Best Customer Service Consultant Ever
This is to Lerato in customer care. You have indeed exceeded my expectations of dealing with customer care consultants. Payments on my account was duplicated resulting in a shortfall in my balance. You reassured me that you will escalate the problem and that you will call to keep me updated. The money was refunded the next day into my account and you called to let me know. Your efficiency and attentiveness was remarkable. Standard Bank please make Lerato employee of the month and incentivise her.

I called the call centre and asked for her surname (I used the ref nr: ***) to get her surname, which I didn't ask for yesterday.
Her full name is Lerato Ndlovu and she works in Voice branch.
