Best customer service
Zach is the best employee you have. When he helped me he was clear, straight to the point , patient and polite. This was the best customer service experience I had when visiting a standard bank branch. He deserves a promotion because he knows what he is doing and he does his job extremely well. From a disgruntled customer to one of your most loyal customers only after one interaction with Zach working at the Standard Bank branch located at mall@carnival. Give the man his flowers.
