Best bank to get ignored

This is my second complaint after the first was resolved. Having a private bank account makes no difference, they still ignore your emails. Last time when my account manager would never respond to my queries, I was assigned a new one. Over time, it's the same issue again, emails just get ignored (even though I hardly ever need anything).<br> <br> I just can't understand how someone receives emails and completely ignores them. <br> Begging my bank for service and products is not what I had in mind when I signed up. I also don't have the will or time to chase people the whole day. I have also just bought a new Mercedes for R650 000 with finance outside of my own bank as dealing with STD is a big headache.
