Bencare

I think Bencare does not have money to pay beneficiaries.....we did termination of the trust on the 25/01/2025 and to my suprise the person who was doing the cancellation only started working on the trust on the 13/02/2025 .....until now we have not been paid...on friday 28/03/2025 i called and they said they have a system problem will get back to me. I called again on monday i spoke with Mr Phasha who said they asked for money from investors and investors did not send the correct money they had to send it back.....i called again on Tuesday 01/04/2025 i spoke with Siesi Ngxukumeshe who is a consultant working on the account she said they have been having a system problem from the 4th of March until now......we have been given 3 stories in just 3days, and the beneficiary is stuck at free state waiting for the money to come back home she cant because Bencare is giving us stories....its been 3 months waiting for payment please assist.
