Below standard bank
I went to Eersteriver branch to open an account, let's just say they should change their name to below standard bank. It's like the opened the branch to have employees wait for load shedding, two consultants, on duty, one giving a customer/relative marriage counseling. The other one waiting for loadshedding to happen, so he can do less than nothing. And to think this is what I would have paid for. Thanks but no thanks, went to FNB was in and out in 10 minutes, sorted.
