Below average service again
Pathetic, unprofessional, rude, *********** and disappointing service from Standard Bank. I am still waiting for a call from the relevant branch in connection with an issue on the 21st of May.
Every single time an issue arises the quality of service deteriorates. Please get your act together and start providing a better quality service or I will take my business to another banking firm.
