Being upgraded without my consent just so I can be charged more for services I don't want

Standard Bank has upgraded me to Prestige without my consent. I have multiple emails indicating to their consultants that I am not interested in the upgrade. They gave me a titanium credit card even after communicating to them that I do not want the upgrade. I even went to the branch to have this reverted. I had to tell the courier company to return the credit card because I did not consent to this. Now they have sent couriers again with a titanium cheque card, which I also did not give my consent for.

If anyone from Standard Bank sees this. Please make it stop. I do not want the upgrade so please stop imposing it on me. You are also paying courier costs unnecessarily because I am just going to send the couriers back.
