Being sent from Pillar to post tro sort out my Personal Loan
I have been paying insurance on my Personal Loan for years. Am now unemployed. Have sent an email, was asked to confirm ITS Me?? now I GET TOLD I Must call a number to see IF I qualify for insurance. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF PAYING THIS FOR YEARS???
