Being harrassed for non-existent arrears

Good day

I am currently receiving text messages and calls from Blake and Associates because my Revolving loan account is supposedly in arrears. Which it is not. The consultant from Blake and Associates called me on Friday afternoon and asked to make payment arrangements and I explained there's a mistake and they need to fix it and not call me again. I promptly recieved an sms after the call stating my account was handed over. This loan account has been paid by debit order since its inception, not once was a payment skipped. In fact, two months or so back I transferred a R250 from my Ucount to this loan, so this loan account should actually reflect an extra R250 paid to the capital instead of being in 'arrears' I must add, I spoke to Helga - my Prestige banker, last week as well concerning these text messages and she checked and confirmed there is no arrears on this account. This blatantly a Standard bank error and it needs to be fixed!

Plus the service is really poor from Blake and Associates. I know these are also just Std Bank employees, but the girl I spoke to on Friday was told there's en error that needs to be fixed - she did nothing! The girl I just called a few minutes ago today, also seemed to try and pass the buck. Why are they not giving proper customer service when they are told there is an error? This girl seemed to explain that she cannot access any other information other than the fact the account is in arrears - what kind of systems are in place that she cannot even access that? Why did she not take initiative to make a call to one of her colleagues and fix this?

Fix this issue ASAP please. I do not want to receive an calls or text messages from 'Blake and Associates' again.

Thanks Clinton
